1. Data controller

(hereinafter, 'Frontagegh'), with registered office at Calle Gran Vía 28, 3rd Floor, 28013 Madrid, Spain, and Tax ID B-87654321, is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website (frontagegh.com). 2. Data we collect
We collect the personal data that you voluntarily provide when using our services: first and last name, email address, and the content of messages you send us through the contact form. Additionally, our servers record technical connection data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited within our website.
3. Purpose of processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes: (a) managing and responding to queries received through the contact form; (b) analysing platform usage to improve our services; (c) complying with applicable legal obligations, including those arising from anti-money laundering and terrorist financing regulations. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out with the data collected.
4. Legal basis for processing
Data processing is based on: the consent of the data subject when submitting the contact form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR); the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); compliance with applicable legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR); and the legitimate interest of Frontagegh in improving its services and ensuring platform security (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
5. Data retention
Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Query data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last communication. Technical browsing data is retained for 12 months. Once the retention period has ended, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Data recipients
Frontagegh does not transfer personal data to third parties, except when necessary for compliance with legal obligations (such as requests from competent authorities) or when the prior consent of the data subject has been obtained. We may use technology service providers acting as data processors, with whom the corresponding data processing agreements have been signed in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
7. International transfers
No international transfers of personal data are made outside the European Economic Area. If this were necessary in the future, appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR will be applied, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Data subject rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, and restriction of processing by sending a request to dpo@frontagegh.com, accompanied by a copy of your identity document. If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with current regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Security
Frontagegh applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit using TLS protocol, role-based access controls, and regular security audits.
10. Amendments
Frontagegh reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an indication of the date of the last update. It is recommended to review this policy periodically.
